Dear Sir / Madam,

My goal is to make Dęblin a business-friendly town open to new investments. Therefore, I would like to bring this information brochure presenting Dęblin investment areas to your attention. It is a result of the cooperation of the local self-government, institutions, enterprises and private individuals and constitutes a compendium of the investment opportunities in our Town.

Above all, you will find here the current offer on land and buildings for rent or sale. This modern and dynamic study contains information about the intended use of investment plots, their location and relevant contact data.

I would like to assure you that one of my priorities is to support the development of prospering entrepreneurs and those who wish to start a business activity in Dęblin. For my part, I can promise to assist you with formalities and grant investment tax credits to all economic operators who are interested in developing or starting a business activity in our Town.

It is my earnest wish that Dęblin become a town attractive to young people. I shall strive for the social and economic development of our Town. With the interest of Dęblin residents in mind, I am intending to take actions to attract investors which shall contribute to the reduction of unemployment.
